Summer Soup Sampler
Nick and I love to host soup sampling parties. This time of year, I like to prepare cold soups, they're refreshing and filled with nutrient rich vegetables. Last night we served Cucumber Bisque, Home-Harvested Gazpacho and Ginger Coconut Carrot Soup. I accompanied the soup with home-baked Focaccia laden in olive oil. For dessert I served Coffee Granita spiked with Kahlua. I don't think anyone left disappointed.
