Cool Hot Summer Days with Creamy Blackberry Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream



This frozen yogurt-based ice cream is delicious and it's super-simple to prepare. Place 3 cups of fresh blackberries in a blender or cuisinart, add 1 cup of plain yogurt and one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. Blend the mixture until smooth.

Transfer to an airtight container and place the contents in the freezer. About every hour, stir the mixture. When it becomes somewhat solid (several hours later) it's ready. Scoop the mixture into cups and garnish with fresh mint.
